Rick Mann
For the last 25 years, Rick Mann has been passionate about “equipping leaders for significant leadership.” This personal mission statement has allowed him the opportunity to be a part of the lives of hundreds of emerging and executive leaders.At the core of Rick’s work with leaders is helping them to build their personal and professional capacity for greater influence and impact. Rick currently serves as President and Professor of Leadership Studies at Crown College in the greater Minneapolis area. Drawing on his experience with leaders and organizations in not-for-profit and for-profit, market-place and ministry, US and global settings, Rick’s greatest desire is to sit down with leaders, teams, and organizations and see how they can move forward in effectiveness. Roger Andersen
Roger Andersen is an experienced senior leader having served in both large corporate settings as well as smaller, privately held companies. Roger began his corporate career with PepsiCo where he ultimately served as Sr. VP/CFO for Pepsi Cola General Bottlers. He also held senior executive roles with Tonka/Kenner/Parker International, Rollerblade, and Young America Corporation. In 2008, Roger published The Executive Calling-Corporate Success Without Selling Your Soul. He is currently the President of The Bob Pike Group, a leading training consulting company in North America. Roger, holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Wheaton College and an MBA from Oregon State University. He has also studied literature and history at Oxford University and international economics at the University of Leiden. He serves as member of the Wheaton College Leadership Council. He is also author and facilitator for participant-centered seminars called The Faith at Work Series. Roger is married and has two daughters. Roger serves with GrowingLeadership as an advisor, executive coach and consultant with expertise in organizational turnaround opportunities.
Jeremy Mann
Jeremy Mann has trained and managed new teachers in Chicago’s low-income public schools since 2010. Before this, Jeremy taught in South Central Los Angeles with Teach For America and served in the office of Eric Garcetti, the Los Angeles City Council President. Jeremy earned his Masters degree from Loyola Marymount University and his B.A. from Biola University, where he graduated summa cum laude, was philosophy student of the year, and won the honors program’s highest award. Jeremy serves with GrowingLeadership as both an advisor and coach for Emerging Leaders.
Rick Melson
Rick Melson is best known as a catalytic and entrepreneurial visionary leader, and presently serves as a senior consultant and executive coach working with clients in a variety of professional fields including business, healthcare, education and non-profit leadership. With over 25 years of professional experience, serving in some of the largest and most influential organizations in the country, Rick brings a broad set of competencies and skills to GrowingLeadership and the Emerging Leaders Institute. Rick is a graduate of Murray State University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is a candidate for the PhD in leadership studies at Dallas Baptist University. Rick has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 23 years and they currently reside with their three children in Minneapolis, MN.
