Growing Leadership seeks to help local churches grow leaders and leadership capacity.  Resources for this include:

• Equipping seminars for pastoral staff, boards, and lay leaders.  These can be an evening, a Friday-Saturday, or other customized time.
• Executive Coaching for pastors using a practical system that allows for experienced leaders to effectively coach pastoral leaders for six months to a year.
• Leadership Consulting for pastoral teams and/or leadership teams to address specific issues such as growth, effectiveness, strategic planning, financial strength, systems development, etc.
