Growing Leadership seeks to help Christian non-profits (mission agencies, camps, community development, etc.) grow leaders and leadership capacity.  Resources for this include:

• Equipping seminars for staff, boards, and volunteers.  These can be an evening, day-time hours, a Friday-Saturday, or other customized time.
• Executive Coaching for not-for-profit leaders using a practical system that allows for experienced leaders to effectively coach leaders for six months to a year.
• Leadership Consulting for to address specific issues such as growth, effectiveness, strategic planning, financial strength, systems development, etc.
